Stephen oversees the full production pipeline across the Game Development team. Once a project enters the studio, he steps in to organise the build structure, technical planning, and workflow sequencing. He manages system architecture decisions, gameplay feature development, asset implementation, and the progression of each milestone.
His responsibilities span coordination, review, and continuous performance checks. Stephen monitors task flow, maintains clarity between development stages, and ensures that the technical foundation stays consistent with the project’s core objectives. With steady oversight on scheduling, feature readiness, and quality control, he keeps each build moving without deviation from the intended direction.

Deepak Shukla – Founder
Deepak oversees the broader direction of the company, with a focus on growth, structured process development, and operational alignment. Pearl Lemon Games grew from his initial concept and expanded into a specialised unit dedicated to structured game production.
He works on long-term planning, internal frameworks, and the standards that guide day-to-day execution across the team. His involvement ensures that each department runs with clarity, measurable expectations, and a workflow system built to maintain consistent progress across all projects.
